Justyna Koziczak

Born 1991 in Wroclaw, she graduated from the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts, majoring in Restoration and Reconstruction of Ceramics and Glass.
Her works are dream-like compositions such as portraits, landscapes or interior scenes. The topic of Justyna’s works is a confrontation of a human being with strange, mysterious creatures, which represent fears and challenges modern society needs to face. In her paintings, she attempts to tell a story about all of us – people who struggle, lose and find hope and faith, facing the inevitability of death.
Justyna creates mainly in two techniques: oil on canvas and her own technique of burning metal and painting on scorched marks. Her works took part in exhibitions in London, Milan, Venice and in the Art World Dubai, as well as many exhibitions in Poland.
Justyna’s paintings are on the covers of more than a dozen albums by metal bands from all around the world. Her works are in private collaections mostly in Poland and USA.
